1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the tk10c platform ("Platform"), you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"), our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies published on the Platform. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform.

tk10c reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Amendments become effective upon publication on the Platform. Continued use of the Platform after any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically.

2. Eligibility

To register and use the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria:

1. You must be at least 21 years of age. Players under the age of 21 are strictly prohibited from registering or placing any bet on the Platform.
2. You must be a natural person acting on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party is not permitted.
3. You must not be self-excluded from any gambling platform or excluded under any national problem gambling scheme at the time of registration.
4. You must provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date information when registering and must update your account details promptly if any information changes.

3. Account Registration and Security

Each player may hold only one account on the Platform. If tk10c detects multiple accounts registered by the same individual — whether under the same or different names, mobile numbers, or payment details — all associated accounts may be suspended, balances forfeited, and pending withdrawals cancelled. tk10c reserves the right to require identity verification (KYC) at any stage, including but not limited to at registration, at the time of any withdrawal request, and upon suspicion of fraudulent activity.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. tk10c will never ask you for your password. Any activity carried out using your account credentials is deemed to be your activity, and you bear full responsibility for it. If you believe your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify tk10c support immediately using the contact details listed on the Platform.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

All deposits and withdrawals on the Platform are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tk10c does not charge a platform fee on deposits or withdrawals; however, third-party payment providers may apply their own fees or limits. Players are responsible for understanding their payment provider's terms before transacting. The minimum deposit is ৳100. Withdrawal minimums and maximums are published in the cashier section and may be updated from time to time.

1. Funds deposited into your tk10c account may only be used for placing bets on the Platform. Deposits may not be used for any commercial purpose or on behalf of any third party.
2. Withdrawal requests will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit where technically feasible. tk10c may require KYC verification to be completed before processing any withdrawal.
3. tk10c reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals if there is reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, breach of these Terms, or pending KYC verification.
4. Deposits made by a third party on behalf of a player, or deposits sourced from illegal or fraudulent activity, will result in immediate account suspension and may be reported to the relevant authorities.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

tk10c offers bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. Each bonus or promotion is subject to its own specific terms and conditions, including wagering requirements, time limits, game restrictions, and minimum deposit thresholds. These specific terms are published alongside each promotion and form part of these Terms by reference. In the event of a conflict between a promotion's specific terms and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail unless the specific promotion terms expressly state otherwise.

Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or converted to cash without first satisfying the applicable wagering requirements. tk10c reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. Abuse of bonus terms — including but not limited to bonus hunting, arbitrage betting, or collusion — will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from it, and may result in account suspension.

6. Prohibited Conduct

Players must use the Platform only for its intended purpose — personal, non-commercial online gaming and sports betting entertainment. The following conduct is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and pending winnings, and legal action where appropriate:

1. Registering more than one account or attempting to access the Platform through another player's credentials.
2. Using software, bots, scripts, or any automated tool to interact with the Platform, gain an unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
3. Engaging in match-fixing, betting syndicate activity, or any form of coordinated or collusive betting.
4. Depositing, wagering, or withdrawing funds derived from illegal sources, or using the Platform to launder money or finance unlawful activity.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio and video clips, data compilations, and software — is the property of tk10c or its content suppliers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only.

You may not reproduce, copy, distribute, store, transmit, publish, display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of tk10c. Unauthorised use of Platform content constitutes an infringement of tk10c's intellectual property rights and may give rise to legal liability.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, tk10c, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage, or system failure.

1. tk10c does not guarantee that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
2. Game outcomes on the Platform are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems. tk10c is not liable for any technical malfunction that interrupts a game session, provided that all reasonable steps are taken to restore the session and any affected stake.
3. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit tk10c's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

9. Responsible Gaming

tk10c is committed to promoting responsible gaming. Players who believe their gambling is becoming problematic are encouraged to use the self-exclusion, deposit limit, and time-out tools available in their account settings. tk10c strictly prohibits minors from using the Platform. If tk10c has reason to believe a minor has registered or is using an account, that account will be immediately suspended, all balances will be withheld, and the matter may be referred to the appropriate authority. Adults who share a device with minors are responsible for ensuring that minors cannot access the Platform.

10. Privacy and Data Protection

tk10c collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. tk10c implements SSL encryption and other industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.

11. Termination and Suspension

tk10c reserves the right to suspend or terminate any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to: breach of these Terms; suspicion of fraud, collusion, or money laundering; failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; or conduct that tk10c reasonably believes is harmful to the Platform, other players, or third parties.

Upon termination for breach of these Terms, tk10c may withhold any balance remaining in the account. Where termination occurs for reasons unrelated to player misconduct, any verified balance will be returned to the player via their registered payment method after deducting any applicable pending bonus wagering obligations.

12. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the applicable jurisdiction in which tk10c operates. We will endeavour to resolve all complaints fairly and promptly. tk10c's decision on any dispute shall be final and binding, subject to applicable law.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of these Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver by tk10c of any breach of these Terms shall be deemed a waiver of any subsequent breach. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and tk10c with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, and understandings.
